A deposit of R350 per guest is required to secure a reservation, payable at the time of booking.

Please be aware that non-payment constitutes an immediate cancellation of the booking.

Deposits are paid per guest, so any absent guests will be charged for.

For tables of 4 or less, a 100% refund will be given for any cancellation or modification made at least 24 hours prior to the booking.

For tables of 5 or more, a 100% refund will be given for any cancellation or modification made at least 72 hours prior to the booking.

Tables larger than 10 and private events will have their own cancellation terms.

In the case of a late cancellation or a no-show, the full deposit per cancelled or absent guest will be held.

Please be advised that The Pot Luck Club menu is not suitable for children. We ask for a minimum age of 14 in the restaurant & all diners will need to dine off menu. Infants are regrettably not permitted in the restaurant.
